These terms describe how ordering through Liv a Lil’ Bakery works. Please read them before submitting an order request.

1. Ordering and acceptance

Product availability, prices and options are shown at checkout and may change before a request is submitted. Submission creates an order request; an order is not confirmed until the bakery reviews and accepts it. We may contact you about availability, substitutions or scheduling before acceptance. We do not substitute items without communicating with you.

2. Payment

After submitting a request, you are shown an order number and a link to a Venmo profile for payment. Include your order number in the payment note. Opening Venmo is not payment confirmation; the bakery verifies payment manually. Do not enter a Venmo password, card number or bank details into this website.

3. Pickup

Orders require a pickup date at least three calendar days after the order date. Sunday pickup is unavailable. Orders are for local, in-person pickup in the Fairchild AFB area only; no shipping or courier delivery is offered. Customers must be independently eligible to access the pickup location. The exact location is provided privately when the order is marked Ready. The website does not grant or arrange military-base access.

4. Food information

Read each product's ingredients and allergen disclosure before ordering. Bakery goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, depending on the product and kitchen. If product ingredients or allergen details are missing or unclear, ask the bakery before submitting. No food should be represented as allergen-free unless the bakery has substantiated that claim.

5. Refunds and problems

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Report incorrect, damaged, or unfulfilled items promptly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Customer information and appropriate use

Provide accurate ordering details and do not include sensitive records in order communications. Automated abuse, attempts to access other customers' tracking links, and unauthorized access to site functions are prohibited. For data handling details, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property and accuracy

Original site illustrations, text and branding are used in connection with this bakery. Product photos and other third-party materials may carry separate ownership rights. This site does not give visitors permission to copy or commercially reuse other parties' materials. We correct material errors when found.

8. Governing law and questions

Transactions are intended for customers in Washington State and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. We do not waive any non-waivable statutory protections. Contact: .
