We use customer information to receive, prepare, communicate about, and arrange local pickup of bakery orders. This website does not include an advertising pixel or optional marketing signup.

During checkout, you provide a name, email address, pickup date, selected products and quantities, and required acknowledgments. You may also provide information through direct communications outside the site. We do not require a phone number, account password, mailing address, or precise location to place a website order. Please do not send medical information, payment account numbers, military access credentials, or other sensitive personal information.

Order and payment-status records, an order number, the pickup choice, and an order-tracking token are generated to process orders. Your browser saves your cart and last order-tracking token in local storage and a temporary request identifier in session storage. The token is private: anyone who possesses it may view order status and, once your order is Ready, the pickup location.

Public reviews: When a review is published on the storefront, its rating, feedback, date and the reviewer’s full name from the review or linked order customer record may appear publicly. Contact the bakery to request that a review be hidden.

3. Why we use data

We use this information for order processing, scheduling, pickup coordination, service questions, refunds or corrections, preventing duplicate submissions, and keeping records where reasonably necessary for legal and accounting obligations. There is no general newsletter or automated promotional-email enrollment through this storefront.

4. Services that process data

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may handle network information such as IP addresses and security cookies. Supabase hosts the order database and receives data when you browse the live catalog, view reviews, track an order, or submit checkout. Cloudflare Turnstile may load in checkout if anti-bot verification is enabled. If you choose to open Venmo, you leave this website and Venmo handles payment under its own terms and privacy notice. Payment details are not collected in this website's order form.

Product photographs are displayed only from the website or the bakery's configured Supabase storage. Other external image hosts are not loaded by this site's product card code.

5. Analytics, tracking, and cookies

This release does not add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavior-based advertising tags, or third-party ad embeds. Necessary browser storage supports cart continuity and order tracking. Cloudflare or its security tools may set cookies independently of the website application. See our Cookie Policy. Additional analytics configured directly in Cloudflare's dashboard, outside this repository, must be reviewed separately.

6. Sharing and storage

Order information is available to authorized bakery personnel and technology providers supporting the order workflow. We may disclose it when required by law. The website itself has no customer-data resale or targeted-advertising feature. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for completing orders, resolving disputes, accounting, security, or legal obligations, and then deleted under applicable practices; a fixed retention schedule has not yet been published.

7. Your choices

You may clear browser storage using your device settings, but that removes stored cart contents and your local copy of the private tracking token. You can contact the bakery to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal and transaction-record requirements. The bakery will need to verify requests before releasing order details.

8. Children and location

The checkout is intended for customers who can lawfully place their own orders. We do not intentionally request information from children under 13. Orders are for local pickup in Washington; we do not target or ship to customers in other countries.
