Refund & Cancellation Policy
Updated October 27, 2026 · Liv a Lil’ Bakery
Made-to-order baked goods are perishable. This policy explains how to request cancellation or help with an order; it does not override applicable consumer rights.
Cancel or change an order
Contact the bakery as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel or change a requested order. Changes and cancellation requests will be evaluated based on whether the order has been accepted and preparation has begun. Submitting a cancellation request does not itself cancel an accepted order.
If the bakery cannot fulfill an order
If the bakery cancels an order and cannot supply the agreed goods, it will work with you to return payment for the unfulfilled items or agree on an alternative arrangement.
If there is a problem with your pickup
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe, contact the bakery promptly with the order number and a description of the problem. A photograph may help but is not required to raise a concern. Available remedies may include correction, replacement, partial refund, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Perishable food and changes of mind
Because food products cannot generally be resold after pickup, requests to return properly supplied goods due solely to a change of mind are assessed individually. Nothing in this policy limits remedies required under applicable consumer law.
How refunds are handled
Venmo payments are verified and refunds processed manually, using an agreed payment method. The bakery does not collect your Venmo password or payment card number on this website. Refund timing can depend on the payment service.
